The TSOMS team has over 75 years of combined experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. All members are trained in Basic Life Support. Doctors and nursing staff are trained in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. This is not a requirement but a choice to provide a staff of the most qualified personnel you will find in a same-day surgery center.

Matthew F. Pagnotto DDS

Matthew F. Pagnotto DDS is a Diplomate to the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and currently holds specialty licenses in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Ohio and Kentucky. Dr. Pagnotto completed four years postdoctoral training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He obtained his dental degree from the Ohio State College of Dentistry
in Columbus, Ohio.

As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Pagnotto is trained to perform a variety of procedures in the head and neck region, administer general anesthesia and IV sedation.

Michael D. Rechtin DMD

Michael D. Rechtin DMD is a Diplomate to the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and currently holds specialty licenses in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Ohio and Kentucky. Dr. Rechtin completed a 1-year internship at the University of Kentucky and four years postdoctoral training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.
